Skill: Handstands

Warm Up: 4 rounds:

3 strict HSPU or 3 really slow negatives HSPU

Right into 1 minute hold of the Handstand position

WOD L1: 2 rounds for time:

10 Overhead Squats (85/55)
20 Push Ups
10 Overhead Squats (85/55)
20 Wall Balls (14/10)
5 Overhead Squats (85/55)

10 minute time limit

WOD L2: 2 rounds for time:

10 Overhead Squats (115/75)
10 Handstand Push Ups
10 Overhead Squats (115/75)
10 Handstand Push Ups
5 Overhead Squats (115/75)

10 minute time limit

Proper positioning in the HSPU and the Overhead Squats will be the determining factor between today being a mouth watering workout and something that is the opposite of that.  Despite of the small number of repetitions today, each exercise will require good form and better focus to assure a smooth transfer from one thing to the next.  Both the L1 and the L2 have their sets of challenges so please scale accordingly to insure that complete the WOD under the 10 minute time limit.  Ahem, cough, read that last sentence again, cough.
